Very good service. The staff was very kind and they helped throughout the stay. The Breakfast had a variety of foods. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds.

Dear sir I'm the frequent traveler and I use toake reservation my hotel through Booking.com wherever I travel around. As my experience when make reservation our hotel and the room rate has been applied on the day of the booking. As usual I booked my room for four days from Jan 31, 2024 to Feb 4, 2024 in the Hotel One Gulberg Lahore Pakistan applied one room rate on the booking day but when checked-out the room the Hotel One Gulberg Lahore Pakistan with different rate of different day instead of the rate which I booked on Booking.com as attached the hotel bill. When I made argument Hotel One Gulberg Lahore Pakistan but they said me the room rate has been applied by Booking.com that made me surprise how come Booking.com having to two standard for room rate. I would like to proper official explanation from Booking.com because I stop to make room booking thought Booking.com. If I don't receive any reply with explanation of my issue I will take strict action. Look forward hearing from you soon. Thanks Best regards Amin Uddin
